DON'T DO BPOs FOR BPO FULFILLMENT!!!

They owe me for reports as far back as January 2014...almost a year! I have made numerous calls, sent emails and letters...no response. THEY ARE CROOKS!

I have been working as a NABPOP Certified agent for over 4 years in the Texas area. I have seen a few companies come nad go and sometimes you do get burned with unpaid orders. However Mainstreet or BPOFulfillment as they are called now tops the list on sleazy. I have orders due for almost a year and continue to get solications for work. Not only do they close but when you call and ask them where payment is they act like you are the most unreasonable person on the planet for even asking. Like how dare I... When a company takes longer to pay me $45 dollars for a residential BPO then I guess they are going broke or run by crooks. What a shame. We are all hurting and if they think I like doing these stupid time consuming orders they are crazy. To make someone who is already struggling spend gas money and lots of time doing thier work then never paying them. well that is the low of the low. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY.

Banding Together for Good against the Bad

Dear Disenfranchised,

Thank you for your candor. It is truly unfortunate that you and many others like you have been "burned" by these crook-like companies, and your outspokeness to the professional arena helps very much. I have just received acceptance to receive BPO orders from BPO Fulfillment and on the same day received approx (5) five orders, which blew me away because other companies do not provide such abundant supply of orders AND they are among the lowest paying clients I've seen. Interestingly, I found that two of the companies I have been trying to get approval from use BPO Fulfillment as their platform. So while I had no idea of their character yet, I did a little research on how many companies funnelled their assignments through BPO Fulfillment because of some confusion I had, and came upon a site called: REO PRO Default Professionals (Google it). Its a free membership forum of various agents telling their experiences with various BPO/REO companies: the good, the bad, and the ugly. I'm glad I found that site and this because those experiences corroborate with yours. It would be a very good idea for you to check this site and express your grievances so others could also benefit from your experience and prevent their regret. Additionally, you could learn of the many other companies you may be in the middle of pursuing only to find that you could save yourself further agony. This is to help ensure those bad companies get ignored by the growing number of wary agents and hopefully put the out of business. Unfortunately, the sad reality is that the little guy - the independent professional, always gets runned over. That is because the independent professional is incorporated with others for a stance. If more professionals would band together for the sake of reporting to each other our experiences, we could enjoy a better profession. Unfortunately too, we independent agents possess a stubborn mentality of selfishness and double-fisted attitudes. Thinking we don't need anyone's help - thus we don't help anyone, either. That mentality only self-sabotage. The joke then, is on us because that is exactly how these big wheels wants us to think. Just think of the last time you felt any corporate entity had your back. Beginning with our government that is supposed to be in place for our good, instead all we hear about is the corrupt politicians trying to enact laws that exempt them while holding us under. If that isn't a double-standard, I don't know what is, but it sounds like a pretty familiar story that is being passed along the big guys. Now these bad actor BPO companies and pushing the envelope because independently, we are nobody. Unified, however, we stand strong. Why not become an active member of REO PRO Default Professional to learn of every bad company to stay away from while at the same time telling your experiences. If we all did the same, I believe we could soon see those bad companies scratch their heads and wonder where have all the agents gone... Soon after, their investors will start pulling their contracts to better producing good companies, forcing the bad out of business. Then the little guy can once again have his day in the sun - that is you and me. Something to think about.

Thanks for the update!

I just signed up with BPO Fulfillment and received about 50 orders in 2 days. Paying only $35 per BPO. I've already been burned by BrokerPriceOpinion.com (First Valuation), so I dont want to go through this again. I guess its safe to say that I wont been accepting these orders. Any other companies you advise to stay away from?

I am shocked

I have done business with them for years. Recently they sent me 30 orders for interior inspections for a rental company named Tricon. Now they do not answer the emails or phone. Tricon also does not respond. They owe me over $1800. Not sure what to do. I have never had this happen to me in 40 years as a realtor. Any help??

Emails and Emails and Emails

I just started receiving emails from them for orders again after years of nothing. I stopped working with GRC as they started using bpofullfilment. They have sent over 500 emails in the past week regarding orders. I called and they COULDN'T find me in the system, HOW????????? After 10 times calling they find me and say they would push it to a manger for removal, Weeks later, still getting emails. SO ANNOYING< just go away you stupid company, only if the FTC would follow up on my complaint, I Hope they will.

I guess I have been lucky!!

It has been three years since I did some BPOs for BPO fulfillment AKA Mainstreet evaluation. Pay is low, it takes more than a month to get paid but I was paid in full. Sometimes I request more money to complete a task. To my surprise, they accepted to pay extra money under certain circumstances.

I just like to keep myself busy while the 1% of Real Estate professionals are busy with their transactions.

Since the number of Realtors are increasing, the number in "1%" is increasing as well. Let's be one of them and forget about doing BPOs. It's time consuming and after expenses, it doesn't pay for a cup of coffee. Mary
