This guy is either a total rip off or just a lousy 3rd party seller who gets the products 2nd party seller. I've been waiting 2 weeks for a tracking number. He never calls back or replies to my emails. I just contacted Paypal and started a dispute.
I ordered and paid for a 51" Samsung TV through brandnewdealsusa.com on 9/16/14. It is now 5 days later and therr has been no update on the status of my order. It still just shows "waiting to ship." I sent an email to the company 2 days ago regarding my order status, wanting to know when it would be shipped. I did not receive a response. I tried calling a few times and everytime I just get a recording. I left a message and again, received no response. This makes me think they don't plan on sending the tv I paid for.
I ordered a Yamaha home theater audio set on 9/18/2014. My payment through PayPal was processed on 9/19/2014. Today is 9/26/2014 and it's still waiting to ship. I'm in no rush to get it, but a week with no update and no correspondence is ridiculous. I've emailed them twice, no response. Their phone number goes to voicemail. The advertised price was great, though. I should have know it was too good to be true. This might be one of those hard lessons learned.
