This internet troll purchased multiple items from my company and disputed the full amount after receiving it all. She refused to return the items and will acknowleged she did receive all items. Do not sell to her as you may become a victim as well. I am turning her over to the attorney general's office to prosecute for fraud. It is my belief that she does this to businesses and sells the products she wrongfully steals on E-bay under a company called justbusinessfolks
JBF is Our Company, who was ignorant enough to trust another wholesale company with 'import' in their name. We bought items by picture that showed to be copyright protected and patented by a major company, only to receive imported knockoffs from PRC. The company we purchased from, and who wrote the above idiocy, refused to answer our complaints for two months, until we disputed the charges to get them to respond.
Rather than giving their apology for the false advertising and copyright infringement, they attempted to defame our companies' character on fraud sites, and filed a fraudulent debt collection.
Within 18 hours of receiving their "What you see is NOT what we are selling" response from them, their knock off products were enroute back to their Encinitas location priority mail, and signed for 8 hours after that - only after we confirmed that the Trade Commission did not need them as proof.
Their attempt at Debt Collections was a Fail, the Collections company refusing to pursue after being informed the 'import company' was acting against the rules of Debt Collection by knowingly filing collections for product that had already been returned, and for an amount more than 6 times the original cost; both being against Fair Debt Collections Practices, an act of Fraud itself.
Plainly speaking, the man got caught - and reprimanded - by the companies' that own the copyrights, and is taking his Tantrum out on us. Don't waste your time with this.
