This company tried selling my elderly parents a car well above Kelly blue book. Luckily the bank didn't give them the loan and the company threatened to keep my parents 2700 down payment. there sales manager got 2 inches from my face and threatened to hit me, me being a young woman 125 lbs. Horrible horrible customer service.
I bought a car from company in sept 14. I didn't have enough down so they had me lie to finance company to get approved. It took 3 trips to Portland to get car when they said it was ready and wasn't. They said they would reimburse my gas and never did. The rental car the gave me broke down. I got car finally and decided because they had been so shady, bumper was severely damaged and I could not get them to replace it (wouldn't have bought car had I know - they hid it) to call them and decline sale. When I called and told them nevermind, I was told I couldn't back out because financing had just went through. same day, time I called, so I took car.
Before ore I could make my 3rd payment -
cylinder went out In car. Hole in piston and informed it would be cheaper to replace engine. I've called them to replace car. They never call me back. Run around, wanting more down payment and run around again. Until last call the man told me I didn't pay all of my down, which I signed a paper staying I did, so they won't help me. 200.00 was what they said I owed and my gas to get car, damaged bumper and now blown engine cost a hell of a lot more than 200.00.
They lied to get me up there. Lied to get me a loan. Lied to keep me buying the car a broke car and lie about everything.
i just wanted a working Car. Shady bad bad business. I'm out almost 1400.00 as of now and a lot more for a car that needs a new engine.
They play on victims, get them financed and sell them lemons and them treat us like we are the bad people. I can't afford to replace an engine I have 3 yrs left to pay on. And all of them are rude after buy happens. I have picturs of my bumper and within a week of that problem they did nothing to fix that. 2 months in engine gone and they won't replace car.
Sorry phone typing so bad form but company should be shut down.
