I need my Brightspot phone unlocked to be able to use with new AT&T carrier service. Brightspot was advised by AT&T and during multiple phone conversations that I wanted to use the phone with my new carrier but did not unlock the phone before porting the number over to AT&T.
I’ve had the phone for 5 months and they only require 40 days before it can be unlocked. I made my last monthly payment to Brightspot 15 days ago. All I’m asking them to do is provide me the 4-8 digit number so I can unlock my phone and use it with my new carrier. They have not unlocked it yet and nobody calls back as promised.
