Had a brand new Carrier Bryant furnace installed at my house. Two days later the computer board stopped working. The suppliers did not carry replacement boards so it had to be ordered. Then the new one didn't work either. Went without heat for a week in the freezing cold. Do not buy Bryant furnaces, they are junk.
Myself and my sister witnessed a repair man steal a burner from my home. contacted the anthony jr explained the sitituation and he thought it was a lie. i also had a frien to shovel snow so the guys would have a safe trip in and out of the house he saw the helper put this burner back in my pile in the back. after all of the complaining i found outt that my unit was installed without a permit they finally came back out to complete the job wk and 3day later, only to find out that the young man was fired oer the install mrg chris never revieved a call in reference to this issue paid 2800.00 cash hard earned money. now my ac unit willnot work due to the install it worked fine just needed a furnance per the associte that gave me a est. he was also notified that hes guy took the burner to the truck wihile finishing up paper work very dissappointedwith service and the conversation with jr the called me mysister and my friend a liar before gathering the facts.
