As a professional photographer and I take my work seriously. Part of the process of completing my photos is using my high end laptop to run my photography programs efficiently. Back in December of 2013 I needed a new battery for my laptop. So after some searching I believed I found a quality OEM battery on BT-Flash's website for a good price with free shipping. After waiting for almost a month for my battery to arrive, it turns out it wasn't an OEM or even a quality battery.. it was flimsy and counterfeit. That is when I made an Ebay case to return the battery to BT-Flash. Their page says that they do not pay for return shipping, however I got an Ebay mediator to get BT-Flash to agree to paying my return shipping in writing within the case details. So I shipped the battery out with tracking for $30+ dollars.
While I was waiting for the battery to make it's slow trip back to China, I noticed that Ebay was getting more serious with the claim since things were taking so long, it was now the end of February. Ebay claim system now insisted that I either elevate the claim or end it. I wasn't sure what an elevated claim would do to this company, I was thinking it would give them a strike or something nasty-like. So being the nice/foolish guy I can be, I believed that BT-Flash would come through with the agreement that they made with me. I was very wrong, BT-Flash is now they are claiming that the deal was never made to pay my return shipping. I spoke with Ebay again and they confirmed that yes they were supposed to pay for my shipping but since it took so long (China shipping) and I closed the case I have to resort to other means. I warned BT-Flash that I was going to make their lives miserable for burning me. If they did it to me, they will do it to you. Do not do business with this company BT-Flash, they only keep promises when their feet are held to the flames.
