Yes my husband and I attempted to purchase a TV from Buddy's. 06/24/2015 it was a thunderstorm we were promised to have it deliver 06/25/2015. But they never came my husband called the Lady argued with him about the delivery. 2pm I went down there less than 5 mins from our home. The young lady immediately got an attitude I'm standing there wondering why she is mad. I ask for corporate office number no body knows it She called what suppose to be the manager she said he's at your house. I called my husband nobody were in our yard. Now I'm a black lady like the girl that had an attitude ,I'm wondering what's her problem. After she got off the phone she proceeded to give me my refund. We paid for 2 months so I guess my business wasn't good enough. I didn't ask for a refund just whats wrong with the delivery. A man walked in the store said may I help you I just saw him outside and ask he was he a manager he said no. Now he says he's the general manager they are playing games. So whoever owns that store or manager need new courteous people. He didn't care about my complaint they refunded my money. But why were they so nasty but someone mattress they were delivering it than. Sad when you can't get good consumer service sad. I would never go back in Buddy's I know I'm just one person.

I and my family are long time customers with Buddy's Home Furnishings we have done business with them for over 8 years and during that time I have seen some shady dealings. This company gets you to rent their merchandise offering a 90day same as cash but they set the customer up to fail because they never want you to pay off the rentals before your 90days is over so they can charge you a ridiculous interest rate after so you pay more than 3x the amount the merchadise is worth and when you finally pay it off they entice you to rent more stuff because the stuff you have paid off is either broken or out of date. The furniture is poorly made but they advertize Name Brands but it was second hand furniture and it fell apart most of the time! There customer service is terrible John is the worst of the bunch he calls and calls even if you are one day late...I know its his job but he doesnt need to call someone 10times a day and he even goes above and beyond the harrasing by calling your work if you so happen to give them your work number (please dont) all in all I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars on crappy furniture and shoddy merchadise and now Im trying to pay off an item that cost about $800 because it came to me damaged and never worked properly they never fixed it now that Im moving I thought I could take all that credit I had and get something nice John and the other manager were happy to help and give me a mere $200 toward another item and they said it was because it was not the same item and they would lose money!! What a load of garbage I have never seen such a shady operation for a long time customer....btw the last time I had given a cc for a payment and they called me (which I work all the time) my cellphone broke so they were calling my home I didnt know until I found out they had charged me $155 on my cc without my permission! I called them immediately and sw John and he said oh well you owed it to us. That is why I will not be doing business with them ever again!!! I have learned my lesson in dealing with these shysters get your stuff somewhere else if you can not Buddys Home Furnishings.

I contracted with buddys rentals to rent to own a kindle fire hd tablet, but i started having problems with this kindle fire hd. i informed the rental office and they promised to replace my kindle fire hd with a new one, but this has been going on now for over a month and i am on the verge of paying off this kindle fire hd.

if i pay off this kindle hd, they will tell me that it is paid off and they are not entitled to replace it and i know this is why they are continuing to stakk and ignore me when i call them by making up all kinds of excuses, because the manager refuses to talk to me. i signed a contract and i am staying in compliance with this contract by paying on time but they are in violation becasue they do not want to replace my kindle fire hd.
