Bought blinds from them for almost the entire house over 2 years ago (thousands of dollars). Half of our blinds have not worked since the beginning.
They replaced them the first time, but the second batch was also defective. They have come out 3 times, only to confirm that not only is the fabric defective, but themechanisms are the wrong size, causing the wheels inside to strip. They took one of our blinds to show the defect to the manufacturer about 9 months ago, we've had a blanket on the window since!
We have been calling almost on a weekly basis, leaving messages at the store as well as the owner's (John Whyte) phone he gave us when he came out. They never answer the phone, or return our calls.
This is by far the worst business I have EVER worked with. At this point, we're getting ready to sue.
