Budget water i n Florida. I bought a twin set of commercial termonix water filters from them for around $2900. They offered a 5 year warranty. after 6 months, one of the unit heads malfunctioned and I called and they told me to send it back and they would have it repaired ASAP. I paid for priority shipping to get it to them in 3 days. It has now been sitting on their warehouse shelf for 2 weeks awaiting repair. When I asked them to speed it up because it is serving a Mobile home Park with 100 tenants, I was told that they would get to it in due time and if I wanted it faster I could purchase another unit from them and then when mine was repaired, I could use it as a spare. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau on them for lack of integrity and sluggish warranty procedures. The Termonix filter is not what they describe it to be. I still have high iron and maganese in my water after the filters.
