I had a car financed through them. They lie on the phone, are rude, and charge additional fees. They're impossible to talk to. I asked them 3 times for payment coupons to continue sending payments by mail, but kept being told to pay by mmoneygram, which is not only a physical hassle, but they (c&f) also charge an extra $17 to do it. I tried sending payments online, but they would say it went through and send a letter saying it went through, then start harrassing me over my payment being late and say my bank denied it. When I contacted my bank about it, it was never attempted. After finally paying off this cat, I waited a few months and contacted the credit bureau about them not reporting my account paid. They cchanged it to paid, but also changed several of the payments to reflect late payments. Horrible. Will never use them again.
My name is rusty b, i traded a toyota tundra in on a nissan rogue. serra nessan in birmingham, AL. i had a chapter 7 on my record. i just found out today that they are charging me $11.87 per day in intrest. plus they never told me that my rate would change. i went on workers comp. and payment was do on sun. they started calling two weeks prior asking for payment. i told them that my payment wasn't even due yet. they started threatening me of repo. then it came time to pay on that sun. i got paid the following thursday. since then they have reported my payments late to credit bureaus, ( when they are not late), and has made it impossible to get the vehicle refinanced through anyone else. i have had to deal with them for a lil over a year now. and if i can get away from them, i will. if you have a loan through them. my advice is to get away as quick as possible
