I called them because of a problem with the dishwasher not draining. They took the order and my credit card information right away. When the technician went, he very quickly determined that the problem was in the dishwasher itself, and not a clogged pipe (as it was just the tenant's guess), and that there was nothing he could do… because they didn't fix dishwashers! Question: Why didn't they disclose this in the first place, when I mentioned the nature of the problem (dishwasher not draining)? After complaining, they gave me a “sorry” refund of $15. They advertise their service as a "family operated business whose goal is to strive for customer satisfaction, excellent job quality and competitive pricing". Don't be fooled! They are just one more impersonal busniess, insensitive and completelyunmindful of their customers' satisfaction...and not very smart, since they could have kept my business for many years to come (a plumber is always needed) just by taking a small loss of $75!
