Kristina Fielder is an incredible liar. She is the property manager working for California Landmark. She prommised to reimburse me and my wife for damage to our clothes due to cracked table tops (http://www.californialandmarkripoff.com/california-landmark-non-functional-kitchen.html) and she also promised to cover our moving expenses. California Landmark is a financially troubled developer turned a townhouse project into a more profitable 'dog kennel.' After leasing our unit management filled property with dogs! Result? The shear number of dogs destroy peace and serenity with loud dog barking continuously day and night, unhealthy dog feces and fresh dog urine up and down entire street. We shot this video at the request of the County of Los Angeles following numerous complaints. Each instance when county officials visited the R-1 R-2 property, California Landmark denied that the dog feces and urine came from their property. Since I was a complaining resident the L.A. County Health Department requested I recorded a video documenting the fact California Landmark dogs were the offenders. Subsequently, a Notice of Violation and hearing was issued to California Landmark. Do not trust the liar Kristina Fielder.
