Do NOT hire this attorney. This is is a couple who claim to practice law but all they do is take your money and give you bad advice. They meet you at Starbucks which is shady to begin with. Never once were they on time for any of the meetings. They took over a month to actually file the paperwork. Then they pushed for me to file a Chapter 7 and when a snag came up, they back peddled and said that they never said to go that route.
Then when I needed to get it converted, they got all defensive because they know that they were in the wrong. They then sent the paperwork to convert, and never told me to overnight it. When I pointed that out, they took the easy way out and withdrew as counsel. When the going got tough, they bailed. The were unprofessional every step of the way and were very incompetent. Do not trust your finances to this "attorney".
