We have ordered from Campisi's in Plano at least 15 times. We have dined at the original Campisi's Egyptian on Greenville for 20+ years. We recently ordered from the Dallas Parkway , Plano Location. Our food was cold!! Also, a slight problem was the food we recieved was NOT what we ordered. Called the restaurant and told them what happened. Was hung up on once and the 2nd time I called they took my number and said someone would call me back. Never did. I contacted the Home Office of Campisi's twice. No response. Filed a complaint against Campisi's with the Better Business Bureau. The complaint was closed because Campisi's never responded. These unprofessional , stuck up morons are too good to respond? They are too stuck up to take care of the customer? Avoid these Jerks. Much better places that will respond and make their mistake right! The management at Plano should be fired. Yu should order from someone who serves hot food and what you actually ordered!
