To be replaced is a rear seal front seal and a oil pan gasket capital city Ford only installed all paying gasket from what I was told by the service writer I asked what happened to the rear seal in front seal gaskets you told me it was leaking I drove it home waited two weeks raise my truck and check the work it was still leaking in the rear of the engine where the rear seal is located I videotaped it show the manager he says okay it stayed in their shop for a week they gave me a car to drive back and forth to work they gave me a call I came and picked my vehicle up I checked it when I got home I checked the work as soon as possible it did not leak at that .30 days went by I checked it again it was seeping out the rear of my engine again I took it back up to capital city Ford spoke with the service writer as I was speaking to the service writer the manager of the service department that angry at me yelled at me says to me I am tired of this vehicle and you we are not working on that vehicle again in a loud voice he tells me I've been going to other dealers yes I have four different work I did not know too much about capital city Ford work performance noun I know they refuse to work on my vehicle under the warranty the work was not completed it was not done properly I try contacting the owner it's been difficult to get in touch with the owner of capital city Ford my wanted company my wanting is through which is Ford motors told me I should take it to a different dealer if I do that then I have to pay another hundred dollars deductible for the same work that should've been done right the first time they were not fixed my vehicle currently it is still leaking in the rear they did not even know that it needed a rear seal our front seal gasket it just says check oil leaks and it was dry it does not say that they have replaced the all paying gasket something is going on here I need help to get my vehicle fixed properly I do not want to pay another hundred dollars deductible to my wanting when it should have been done properly the first time please help.
