My adult son who has mental illness and I rented a room that was bed bug infested. I have been bit severely and have recieved medical attention for this criical problem. A housekeeper informed me that the motel management was welll aware that the room was infested and was ordered not to rent the room, but having a greed for money, rented it anyway. I was moved to another room which was also infested with bed bugs and when I told of second problem, I was ignored and a refund was refused. I have made numerous complaints to the appropriate agencies and beg that rip off report will have media or anyone else to please contact me in regards to this, PLEASE, I beg. The second room was also dirty with stopped up sinks in bathroom and a toilet that leaked water everywhere. Capital Inn Motel Management is extremely money hungry and care about no one.
