How I understand company registered on a girlfriend of the guy who is doing all the job there. His name is Chris. Rude lady on front desk told me that they will call police if I will not leave their shop, cause I was asking them to fix that for me and it's under warranty they provided. Xenon HID kit they installed me was never working right and blinking, popping up errors etc. When I went there to resolve the trouble they said if you have no receipt we can't help you get the f@ck out from here. TOTALLY DISRESPECTFUL !!!
6 months ago when they installed me 2 xenon hid kit sets on my car ( fog lights and low beams ) sets wasn't working right from next day. But at the installation day they said that I would need to pay cash, they not accepting cards or checks and they are not able to provide any receipts. Items they installed has 1 year warranty and I will be registered in their system. ( kinda book) lol.
How u see . Warranty doesn't work.
What to do with the company like that?
1) Report them to the department of consumer right for refund.
2) Stay away from garage guys from craiglist who will do job cheaper for 20$ with headache etc. better to pay more and get high quality service and real warranty.
Result:
I will close this business out because of this horrible disrespectful way they talk to the customers.
