CARLOS PADILLA POST UNDERTAKING FOR COURT RECIEVER, (BULMER) BUT HIS BOND IS FAKE.

CARLOS PADILLA III vs WECOSGN, LEASECOSIGN AND FRONT LINE SERVICES as told by Patrick Bulmer Mental Giant.

HERES THE LATEST FORM THE SUPERIOR COURT STATE OF CALIFORNIA; While Bulmer the courts reciever is busy posting that LeaseCosign is in recievership posting it like a little girl all over the Internet using WECOSIGN as a url a now defunct company, Carlos Padilla III a defendant in a 40 Million Dollar Law suit along with his attorney Arash Shidel as a defendant have been told to post an undertaking as a bond for damages in their quest for recievership.

Well Folks it looks like Padilla POSTED A Bond ALRIGHT HOWEVER ITS THE WRONG TYPE. Padilla Posted a Bail Bond and right under the nose of the Superior Court Judge....and the judge did what > He issued an order based on the phony bond to expand the recievership... what the hell?? kind of court was this ??

Now Im no lawyer but the way I see it the Superior court State judge ( CLASPER) made a tactical legal error, after the Jakubaitis clan showed their evidence and the judge simply ignored their evidence from the bench, ,,, however the Federal Court saw the evidence and would not issue any such order. Moreover, the State Court Judge in the lower court ignored the evidence submitted by Padilla and his clan of pirates. So the third time the order gets to court with dog eared drama produced by Shirdel and the judge does what ? Issues a court order on a phony undertaking, destroys the name of Jakubaitis and helps this drama move forward This is one for the books . What The hell kind of court system is this ?

Oh heres a better one the lawyers for Jakubaitis are withdrawing because it seems that Jakubaitis owes them ; a guy named Deltondo and Douglas Kirk from Irvine...Man it cost a lot f money to be right,,,Jakubaitis you poor Bastard you hired the wrong lawyers....What a dope you are hiring a couple irvineite lawyers

So now that WECOSIGN (the only place they will get justice) is in Bankruptcy Court and Padilla is still trying to prove that the jakubatis looted the company However keep in mind : There were three set of eyes on the books. the entire time : Jeff Padilla, Carlos Padilla's Brother worked at WECOOSIGN for three years, as the CFO: Mike McKinnom from DB McKinnom a PCAOB firm that biled WECOSIGN out of about 109,000.00 according to the quick book records and the United States truustee examined the books and found nothing irregular with the entire set. Funny thing is none of these people were mentioned in ovet 9,506 pages of pleadings filed by Shirdel Padilla's lawyer. Finaly a lunatic named Steven Serio and another named Richard ledger are in this mix somewhere and have been addded to the 40 Million Dollar complaint or so we are informed.

So it now is looking like Carlos Padilla III of Garden Grove is looking like he should be forging drivers licenses in LA, I guess he is that good. This is all an effort to get back at Jakubaitis for firing him for lying ???? Jakubaitis you are a nut bag. You should have jkissed him. Anyway we are told that Shirdel is headed for Iran soon on vacation according to court documents may he's checking on Bagdad and his friends. Jakubaitis if I were you I would shoot myself and end this madness, but it looks like thats what they want. It seems that Jakubaitos life is now in danger from the clan.

So that being said the 40 Million Dollar suit against Shirdel and the co-signer,com connection in vegas with Milton C Ault the former fraudster as convicted by FINRA is seemingly becoming more than just a theory. Its looking like a fact since Shirdel was forced to respond to the complaint with his typical demurrer and as expected Padilla will do the same since its being ghoast written by Shirdel... AND THE BEAT GOES ON iL;L KEEP YOU UP TOP DATE
