He is truly milking the insurance companies and living high on the HOG. The secretary, Mrs. Ball is in on it too. I guess he needs to hang on to her to help set up his store front operation. This is a real scam that Mr Jim W Turner, James Turner or whoever he will be tomorrow is running. Although he has an slightly authentic store front and will hire anyone that comes to him for a job only to terminate you the next day is not a legitimate business. He seems so kind and old fashioned however it is all a front. He and his family scam people into thinking they have a job to either commit insurance fraud or to commit identity theft whatever the scam it is not for you to be employed. He has a business with no office furniture and makes the people hire feel like they have a good boss by providing them meals with no real intent of you having a job. He is known under many different alias he and his children and makes a lot of money off of unfortunate people. He thinks he is so clever but apparently not clever enough. Coming up with all of these bogus titles and fake job desciptions to make people think they have some status in his business. His angle is to come up with a ridiculous contract stating how he wants you to work for him for 5 years in exchange he is going to offer you financial security. Offering a sorry $10 an hour salary with bonuses that you will recieve on the 15th. He also claims you will be paid once a month and that if you remain with him he will give you a 25,000 bonus which will increase you salary that amount the following year. He spews this bull so much that he even starts to believe the lies he is feeding you.
He plays people for dumb thinking he is so clever but this is surely not the case. He offers no benefits just $10 an hour he tells you how he does not want to do the traditional interview and has you do something stupid such as color or play tick tack toe or even read childrens books. He gives you the whole I was in the army and I started here I lost everything and have been hit by the IRS so you will feel some form of compassion. He has moved from different locations and goes after medical schools and temp agencies as his prey to get employees. He is loaded but only because he has cheated others in some form of fraudulent activity and if that is not enough what example is he setting for his children as they are all part of the scam also some father going to send his children to jail over his foolishness. He has businesses in his name and his children's names and they are all doing shady crap to wheel you in.

He hires people in large volumes and if you are too intelligent and seem to have caught on to what he is feeding you he will fire you promising to pay for your time. His goal is to find people who are in experienced in these areas and then wants to train you on how to sell motorized wheel chairs and scooters hoping to present claims to insurance companies for money. Has a bunch of empty offices in his strip mall location, no warehouse, no product no delivery truck just a bunch of bs. He is a very slick talker and very charming but then what scam artist isnt. Then he will feed you the story on how it is a 3.5 million dollar company but not too worry because he is only 2 million and debt and how his vision is to be a billion dollar company. HAHA good luck with that one. How if you stick with him for these five years and help him start the business you will get a piece of the pie. Higly unlikely. He wants to expand in other states and get his accredidation so he can then really commit fraud and take you with him.
