We hired Carmel Car and Limousine Service was paid for by the passenger in cash- we received a cash receipt by email as well.
To our surprise our credit card was also charged at the same amount. WE have been trying to call for resolution for this double payment for the past month to no avail. You cannot call and talk to anyone. As a customer you are only allowed to email, or leave voice messages-- there is no one to speak to. This is soo frustrating.
Beware of doing business with this company. They have an "F" Rating on the NY Better Business Bureau with 102 complaints.
They also have 2 out of 5 stars on Yelp. Most of the complaints sound like my situation. How can this be legal?
