I would highly recommend that you never use either Carmen Berg - or her "husband" Gurcen Sen as your realtor. She is with Sotheby's Beverly Hills. Her practices - including trying to get customers in bed (along with her husband), scruples and ethics defy odds. She has no scruples. While she may be attractive, she is a dumb as a box of tools. She has screwed up numerous deals, has no respect among other realtors and has numerous lawsuits pending against her. She will also sue you if you she desires. She has no scruples. As a former playboy model, she uses her sex appeal (even though she's a bit tired at 50+) to work it. Further, if you dig deep, she has very limited - if any - happy former clients. As a realtor myslef, it is all about customer service. Her definition of customer service is obviously much different than mine and most females in the business. She is bad, bad, bad. Warn others.
