The owner of Giannones towing "Carmen" uses his flatbed as a weapon. We were on Trooper Rd (2 lanes both ways) and I wanted to get past him. With every attempt I made he swerved his truck towards my car. Once I figured out I wasn't going to be able to get past him, I stayed behind him and honked my horn and flashed my lights. That's when his hair trigger temper really became obvious. He slammed his breaks on several times in an attempt to make me rear end him. I finally was able to pull up next to him and told him that I was a nurse heading to see a patient. He told me he didn't give a f*** who I was, I wasn't a cop. So when I told him I was going to contact his company, he said go ahead and told me his name was Carmen. So I called only to have his girlfriend yell at me and tell me she didn't care what he did because he's the owner. After hanging up on her, she called me back to yell at me again. So to sum things up, this child Carmen didn't like the fact that I was trying to get past him. Not knowing if I had children in the car or the fact that I don't like to be next to large trucks because of a previous bad accident I was in. He has no regard for human life. I guess I should expect this since the owners a convicted felon. Do your research before doing business with this guy.
My car was over heating so I called my road side assistance carrier to get a tow. They said that they had got someone and it would take an hour they gave me the phone number to make sure they were coming 484 429 8095. I waited for an hour called them and they tried to say they were never contacted by my road side assistance carrier which was a lie because then he sent someone to com and it literally took them five minutes to get to me right after that call.when the guy got there he proceeded to say it's an extra fifty dollar fee at this point it was late I was tired and I was alone and wanted to get home so I said f*** it my carrier said they wouldn't reimburse me I told them it's fine. The guy hooks my car up we start driving and then the guy says oh my boss said that your carrier canceled the tow and that I have to either pay cash of two hundred or get dropped but still have to pay a fifty dollar fee.I said I don't have two hundred he proceeded to say well I'm sure your carrier will reimburse you so we could do that I said no drop my car so I Got dropped and still had to pay fifty dollars. I was extremely mad at this point because as soon as I got a hold of my carrier they said they never canceled it and this man was trying to hustle me and my carrier out of 400 dollars. I am disgusted and appalled that there have been no actions taken against this guy who is on probation. For 5 years from scamming people but yet he is still doing it and if his probation started in 2011 then that means no one is watching him. He should be in jail because he is a felon and a scam artist.
