We contracted in Feb 2014 with Charles Rawson to repair our broken hot tub. He came to our home, diagnosed the problem, and gave us an estimate for reapis. We paid him $391.25 to order parts, set up an appointment for him to come an make the repair. That is the last we saw of him. We have made several attempts to reschedule, which have been ignored. He claims to ahve mailed the money back but we have not seen it yet and it is almost June. We are seeking to get our money back and prevent this company from ripping off anyone else.
