We called jimmy from "cash for Kars" and he offered us $300 for our car. Said he was sending someone monday with a tow truck and he did. truck came he took the car and the tittle and we got our $300. We were happy it went so smoothly. until the next day 2 guys stop by the house to see about the car for jimmy, but they were in a small red car. After we told them that the car has been taken, they drove off.
A few hours later Jimmy himself came and was banging on my door. At this point I recieved quiet a few text messages from him and they were very nice. One of them said "I want my money back" I told him that his guys came monday like he said, but he didn't want to hear it. he said "he said he wants him money nomatter what" so at this point I realized he has to be scamming me.
I've called the police because I wasn't sure what to do. All they said is call the police when he gets back and tell him that they have been called and if he steps on our property he will be arrested on the spot. I'm expecting him to return at 4pm. He says he is coming back for his money. I'm not quiet sure how it will all go down.
