I have been dealing with threatening emails, calls, and letters from this CashNet USA company for about 3 years now. I have received phone calls displaying 911 on my caller ID, the local FBI Field Offices in Cincinnati, and Louisville, as well as emails from individuals claiming to be with the Ohio State Police, whom does not exist, as Ohio has only a Highway Patrol. I have replied to, and returned all of the calls for the first year or so, explaining that I have never heard of this company - I have never taken a pay day loan, either in person or online. I have requested for them to send me copies of an application, to send me recordings of telephone conversations, or anything that would indicate who took this loan out, or if a loan was even taken out at all. This is a copy of the email that I received today, which has set me off. What's most aggrivating is the bit of information that I had no idea of, the fact that all of these places are owned by the same company!

Arrest warrant I'd :- MTR141797456 which will be going to release on Monday noon 1pm

Attention

This is the last and final chance for you. [continued below]....

Sam Miller from CashNetUSA told us that we would get a 5000 loan if we sent him 400 via money gram for security purposes. The 5000 was supposed to be deposited into our bank account. It has not been. After checking online, I have found that this is a scam. PLEASE HELP!

On Oct. 14, 2014, I had an emergency and needed to borrow money for 30 days. I decided to try CashNetUSA. I borrowed $900.00. I was told the loan would be $1135 total. I thought it was a little steep, but assumed that since I was paying in full after the first intial payment due date, I would be entitled to a generous reduction in interest.

On Oct. 31, the first payment of $221.60 was debited from my account. On Monday, November 10, I paid the balance ($980.64) in full. Because of Tuesday being a holiday (Veteran's Day), they did not debit my account until Wednesday, the 12th. Today, the 13th, I still see that my $980.64 is 'prccessing'. When I chatted online with Christopher, CashNetUSA's rep, he said it would take 2 business days to process but it would show on Friday, the 14th after 3 p.m. CST.

When I asked if I would recieve a refund for interest since I had paid in full less than a month since I had obtained the loan. He said I was not being refunded anything. I questioned him, as I was assured that my total loan would cost $1135 for the ENTIRE loan term and I had paid in full within a month. He said that he was sorry, that I was mistaken, and that there would be no refund.

My calculations state that I paid $1202.24 for a 29 day loan of $900.00. Had I known that I would have asked a friend or family member to loan me the money with a reasonable amount of interest. So, essentially I paid $302.24 to use $900 for a month. I PAID OVER 33% IN INTEREST. Does that seem right? This looks awful damn fishy to me.

Well after you have filled out and or filed numerous applications then the emails and phone calls begin by the hundreds every day! All promising they got you approved for your loan or up to a certain amount. Thats when the fun really begins! Hahaha NOT!

They tell you they need you to send them money for some excuse or another and they know all your info from the many applications you filled out, so either there buying the info from the brokers or they hack into there data bases or your phones tapped. ...HELLL they maybe working for the N.S.A. for all we know . Then if you send them your money u do have hang on to someone or something cause thatbad feeling your going to get in your gut that lets you know something bad is about to happen has already happened and they begin to A* rape yourwallet and accounts from the inside out!

Then comes the collection scams saying you owe us even if you never got the money promised to you they try to collect.

And when thats been exhausted they sell your personall info to hackers that try and use your credit to there advantage and thats when the real fun begins cause now they got you buy the balls or the t* what ever the case maybe.

You can thank your local banks and lending institutions and state federal and local goverments for this the reasons are obvious!

Laws not enforced, open boarders, banks have unrealistic lending practices, states put limits or reasons for loans into law. So banks wont lend you money that they already been paid for through stimulus bailout!

So repay those f* banks by filing bankruptcy after you run up as much debt of your own as you can on credit cards, loans and what ever other means you have to f* them right back!

The called me and said I was approved for a loan. After over 200$ later cause they said there were fees an they needed the 1st months payment upfront, I Finaly caught on I was being scammed and ended the conversation. I couldn't get my money back anyways I thought. Well they called me back an said I could get my money back but I had to pay a small fee. I have a lot of their numbers they called me so much and continuously sent documents that were supposed loan documents but you could tell they were fake. I just recently got an email saying they were the office attorney lol with a gmail address lol but they were taking me to court for a loan I never received n all these threats in this email. But they gave me a number I could call so I did out of curiosity an it was one of them on an answering machine. They are scammers who uses empty threats as another way to scare you to give them money. There's more like they impersonate western union with fake eft's numbers. Dont fall for it

I was looking for a loan, and probably too desperate--on the Internet. I received a phone call from (585) 444-7082 claiming to be a representative of Cashnet USA, giving me the actual website address www.cashnetusa.com. He then told me I was approved for. $1500, but I needed to get a Green Dot Money Pak card in the amount of $91, which I did.

He then explained to me that I needed to pay 10% to FTC; $150. I could either pay FTC $150 or I could go through them, and they would absorb $75 and I would pay $75. I read the numbers to the man, and he said it was only $75, and he told me it needed to be $150. So, there I am purchasing another card for $75!

when I came back to the car and gave him the information, he said FTC waas now closed and I would need to call back this morning at 9 am. This morning he tells me the balance on the 2nd $75 card is 0, and I need to purchase another $75 card! Finally, I said No! At that that point I actually called Cashnet USA, and they verified that it was a scam, and their company does not ask for money upfront.

Once again, this is not against the real Cashnet USA; it is scammers saying they are from that company!

I'm a widow, disabled, and at this point I feel as though I must have something blazed on my forehead in neon which attracts these kind of liars and thieves, I feel extremely vulnerable and don't want anyone else to go through this!

I had she echoed for loans online then the scam artist contacted me sounded verry perfecional at first I had ask about a 5000 loan they already had PERSONAL info of mine date of birth social so I thought they was legit . They said I was approved but had to prove finacis the send them a green dot card of 200 so I did very reluctantly . Then they said it was added to my loan not to worry I will get it back . 20 mins passed then they said there was a error in sending it that I had a black mark on my credit and they said it was over 1000 bucks to fix but they will do it for 345 my wife said go ahead we need this loan as an idiot I did . Once again 20 min or so passed he said there must have been a miscommunication he said " $346 not $345 and had all ready added that amount to the loan I must come up with the right amount to fix it cause entered it 4 times and if i do 5 I will be lock out of the system" . At that point my wife started bawling I said all I can come up with is $200 dollars that's it he said not to worrie have faith that all the money will be returned to me with the loan go to your bank and try and pull out the money it should be there so I did and my bank allowed me to overdraft some how my idiot brain thought they added the cash so I could and pulled it out . At that time they said they will call back tomorrow to send the loan they did asked for my bank info ss number right after tell him a loud sound in back ground sounds he said it was a call from some one higher in the office he had to redirect me .So of course he did the supposed new guy on phone said that I had to purchase insurance on the draft to my bank for 246.35 and there was a fee for 105 for the BBB and FTC to submit papers my wife at that point got a loan from her brother to do so and like idiots we purchased another green dot card and sent it in . Another 45 mins passed all while on hold and the guy says thank you it should be transferred in 5 mins let me redirect you to Raymond our transfer guy. He answers and says ooh there must be a problem give me 5 mins ..... 35 mins pass and he said their bank Meta bank is having issues transfering funds to mine it's not my bank it's thiers and another 270.90 is all I need to come up with no more no less for a watchers fee and all of these funds will be returned to me all adding over 6100 including loans. At that time I was spitting fire I had asked them to return all my money to the cards now I cussed up a storm and they said all the money is tied with the loan so they cannot send it back I have to come up with the 270.90 or forfeit all funds within one hour I hung up and called Chicago police they out me on hold till my phone died. By the way all the people they redirected me to sounded exactly the same mid eastern accent with American names Frank johnson,Markus,Harry b and Raymond all they same guy just differant background noise and I caught him it when one of the personas said like I told you earlier and I said wait I was talking to such and such do I paid to reverse look up number and found address. I'm in such a pinch one phones cut off mortgage is passed due I'm married with a child lil over a year old and I'm the sole pervider of my household .

James Anderson representing the CashNetUSA contacted me on the phone calling from the number 646-657-3700 and offered me $10,00.00 loan for which asked me to pay $498.80 processing fee loaded on green dot MoneyPak prepaid card. Upon receiving the funds from me he explained that my credit score is to low but he can approve me for a loan if I pay additional $498.80 using the same method of payment (green dor MoneyPak). When he received the funds he lamented that I made mistake becaouse I should pay $498.18 instead of $498.80 and with that "error" he is unable to further process my loan.

Consequently, he asked me for additional payment of the correct amount $498.18 and then he is going to process my loan within 15-20 minutes. At that piont he became a really nasty, screaming at me and promissing me that this is the last time he is asking for "correction" and when I will "listen to him" he is going to sent my investment and $10,000.00 to my bank account. I loaded the green dot MoneyPak again and allowed him to process the funds but it was pretty late in the evening and when I contacted him within 20 minutes he said that the money will be loaded into my bank account next day by 10AM.

The next morning, I checked my account but the money were not there so I call James and his response was draged for more then an hour but eventually, he found another mistake: I provided him with wrong account number which he can "correct" when I load 4th green dot MoneyPak with $498.18 so he will "re-process" the loan and send me $12, 000.00 to my bank account.

This time I gave up and I explained to him that my patients is up and I don't have any more resources to get more money and now is up to hime to fix that mistake or return me the funds which he supposed to use for 10-15 minutes to prove my credibility. He said that the money is gone and I have no rights to ask for refund because is all my foult and I lost.

At this point I know I can't make any more attempts to contact James because he is brushing me off with bad phone connection or with promise to call me back in 10 minutes and he is hangig up the phone or not picking up at all.

Please advise if I will be able to recover my money. I hope James Anderson will pay consequences for unfair practices conducting the business with CashNetUSA.

I applied for a loan at Cashnetusa.com. I received an email from Mr. Kevin Johnson indicating that my loan was approved and a list of options on how I could repay my loan. He called me and said I was approved for up to 7,000.00.

I agreed to 3,000.00 loan. He said I had to go to the CVS and purchase a greendot money pak card and put 10% of the loan amount on the card to verify I had funds to afford the loan and I repeatedly asked him why and that it didn't sound legitimate. He said because they were not allowed to verify funds on my bank account. He stated that once they verified the funds my loan would be funded with an hour and I would see it in my bank account.

I did as instructed and of course no loan! When I called back to tell them I didn't want the loan, they took my 300.00 and laughed at me and said it was gone. If I wanted it back I would have to put another 230.00 money pak card to get my 300.00 back. I have pasted the approval letter they sent me.

Well I will say this this company is very ambitious, they repeatedly ask me to purchase a greendot card from seven eleven. this happend three times. The first one was in the amount of 340.00, the second 189.00 which is there usual amount. I thought I was close to receiveing the loan then they said that I owed federal taxes of 230.00 dollars, so again another card, then when they said there was technical difficulties, I was beside myself, they said that they would give me my money back in a cashier check because I was declined for the loan. The said it would take 15 business days. But I do not believe this so I will be taking action.Deana Columbia, Maryland
