Scam! Scam! Scam! If you want to get ripped off big time, CCI Care are the ones to do it. Just look at all the reviews online about their way of getting money from your credit card each month.
DO NOT! Have anything to do with this scam organization. My daughter paid the $37.50 fee in October required to view babysitters in her area and the credit card has been charged $37.50 each month since then. In speaking with a representative from CCI Care they would not credit the account nor were they able to provide any proof that my daughter authorized this monthly charge.
Stay Away From Them......filing a complaint with the State of MA Attorney General.
We just has noticed the same thing. Joined for one month then cancelled and just realized we have been charged over $38 for the past 1.5 years. I am furious and calling care.com tomorrow.
We signed up for this service and actually hired some referrals . We later find out they don't screen for child molesters or anything that would actually prevent you from hiring one of their people. Use this service at your own risk! Further, we have not used this service for about two years but just discovered our credit card has been billed $70 every three months for a total of about $560. Once I discovered the charge I had to get our credit card to call these rip offs since you can't find a phone number on their site and they graciously refunded $70. We never received a receipt we were being billed or anything. Run from this bunch as fast as you can. Total rip off. They tell you it is plainly written on the "agreement"that it's your responsibility to cancel. This should be against the law to charge and never provide receipts. You must find it on your credit card bill and then complain. for whatever reason I missed it and when I told them they should refund my money ba ck to the last time we used the site I was told that was just not possible. Rip offs.
