I ordered two small black leather ottomans from the Celire.com website at $50 each. The great price listed should have been a red flag for me but I had hoped that I just found a good deal online. After going thru their ordering process, they said I have to buy a Playstation gift card from Amazon.com at the required price of my purchase and put in the PSN gift card code number for the payment to go thru. Of course this was highly unusual (another red flag) and I should have stopped right there but I decided to take a chance on this "good deal" I had found. So I did what they asked and recieved an email saying my payment went thru and I would be getting an email in a few days letting me know my order has been shipped.
After about 2-3 days, that email came thru and it said that my order should be delivered the following week but they did not provide a tracking number. I then responded to the email ([email protected]) asking for a tracking number. No one responded. Since the following week was a holiday week, I decided to wait and see if the shipment would come. After 2 weeks, I emailed them again asking for a tracking number and letting them know I still hadn't recieved my order. Still, no response so I went on their website to find a contact number or email. All it would allow me to do is contact them by email thru their website which was the same email address I had been using. So, I tried again but this time I emailed them thru their website directly and still no response. A few days after that, I went on their website again to try and find a phone number or any other way to contact them. The website was shut down and says it's still "offline!"
So they made off with $100 Playstation gift card code and I never received my ottomans. DON'T USE CELIRE.COM for anything! Stay far far away!
