I signed up with Cellgate over a year ago. I paid for the "VIP package" which supposedly includes T-Mobile, Net10, Telcel and Simple Mobile. I paid $299 total for this package. After a couple of months, I was unable to activate T-Mobile service. I spoke to numerous people: Hector,Christian,Sean,Saed. I was giving the runaround. I asked for a refund for the portion I paid for T-Mobile and never received it. In addition the bookkeeping is very shady and you will never get paid all of your spiffs or residuals. I have customers till this day that I activated and they still have service and I have never received residulas on these lines. Company will call you on a regular basis and ask if you need sim cards, but when you have a issue, you will never get a straightforward answer. My account was hacked and over $500 of charges were made, which I had to pay because their servers are not secure, so the liability falls on you. When I would refund a pin . They would never credit my account. I asked to speak to a manager or the owner. Everytime that person was in a meeting. Beware before you do business with these guys . Be prepared to have to call to get your spiffs and consider yourself lucky if you receive residuals. Very unprofessional. Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!
