We were contacted by Joshua Anderson from Century Events & Destinations with a Rental price offer for 1 week per year for the next 10 years consecutively. According to the contract we, the Owners agreed that all encumbrances and taxes shall be paid by the Owner prior to time of closing and that the Owner is guarenteed full reimbursement on final check.
5 months later that costs have accumulate to twice the value of the proposed sale price. After endless lies and exuses it became clear that the closing of this deal was not an option and the proposal was canceled. We are eagerly awaiting our reimbursement, but still the lies and excuses continue.
In Summary: The proposed deal did not close. We did not receive any money for the proposed Rental. Yet we are struggeling to get our own money back.
