Over the past year various business contacts of mine have encountered a gentleman known as "Joey Sitra Dior" or "JD Dior" who claims to represent an insurance company called "Cerberus Generale" (CB). In some instances the man stylized CB as an insurance company and in other circumstances he claimed to have capital.
CB is not a licensed insurance company in the United States and various contacts of mine throughout the world could not confirm its registration as an insurance carrier in various domiciles such as Switzerland, China, BVI, Bermuda, etc.
When pressured for references or information supporting the claimed reserves/funds held by CB, Mr. Dior was not able to provide verifiable information. The vast majority of content supplied by CB (website included) is plagiarized or reference affiliations which we have confirmed do not exist (see attached presentation).
I would use extreme caution prior to doing business with CB.
