On April 7,2015 I attended my scheduled appointment to see Dr bonnabesse,,conviently they said oh we tried to call and cancel but it was the wrong number,,I don't no who's number they called but they have always been able to reach me in the past, however they were kind enough to offer a different Dr. To see me, I wasn't entirely comfortable speaking w someone new,but reluctance I did,,he was very kind and spoke to me like i mattered that was Dr Oomen,,he recommended more injections,,and an oblasion in my neck to burn a nerve,after 7 weeks,,I received a call from their workman's comp worker,,she said " the WC denied your Injections,and u will need to come back in first to make sure its necessary ".....I scheduled an appointment that's two weeks out ..so that brings it to ,9 weeks,,then they said they would resubmit the authorization form ,,and that they have 20 days to respond.(WC that is) ,that would then bring it to 12weeks (3months), waiting in pain,from a pinched nerve and 3 herniated discs. After receiving that phone call ,,I called my workman's comp lawyer, she then informed me that I was in fact APPROVED for the injections...as per my request I had signed paper work to have my lawyer receive copy's of everything.. Well in light of this new information I needed to call the spine center back,..!! So I call the WC worker and said I just spoke with my lawyer and was informed that the Injections were approved, the lady said..well technically yes it does say it was approved but, I feel its worded to sound as though they may not pay! That was her reason ...I have been getting these injections for a lot of years,,ive always had to sign a waiver stating if my ins. Doesn't pay I would be responsible,, so I asked about that ,,and again she says well yes you could sign that paper but we didn't think you would be able to cover it! Instead of giving me option s they chose to just out right lie,,and I asked to speak w the office manager,,I was put on hold noone came back to the phone,and after ten minutes I hung up I called back and it went to a voicemail,,I left a message stating I would like to sign the waiver and schedule to have these I jections done..and after that I have heard nothing from them!! Very upsetting
