It was the day of my sweet sixteen August 16,2014 and we had requested a limo from this company. My limo was supposed to come with Long Stemmed Roses Ice Chilled Champagne free Beer Refreshments iPod -iPhone ReadyDVD - CD free gift mood Lighting seating for 10 led LightingMirrored Ceilings red Carpet Entrance Free Munchies and balloons. It sounded great. But when the day came it was a disaster. The limo was to arrive at 3:00pm. My sweet sixteen court and i were dresses and waiting till 4:30. When I went downstairs i did not see what they advertised. I saw a dingy rusty limo . When i went inside the seats were all cracked . I did not get anything that the limo was supposed to come with and the worst part is the driver said that the tip had to be paid upfront and he disnt even let us stay in the limo the full four hours. He literally kicked us out. He said we were disturbing him because he had to pull over because one of my girls got carsick. He took us to the photo location and we asked him to turn on the air conditioner and he said it didn't work. Then after the photos we still had three hours with the limo and asked that the driver take us to starbucks or dunkin doughnuts to get coffee and he said no and took us directly to the venue. Even worse my lucky star left my crown in the limo durring the pictures and when we went back the crown was nowhere to be found. We have tried calling the manager bob but all he does is either hang up on me or ask us why we keep calling and his latest move was asking us what it takes to "shut us up". I want my money back but i haven't gotten anything.

I had booked a limo for our 10 year anniversary with cheaplimo.com. They charged me $495 for a drop off/ pick up. originally Bob the owner charged my card $550 and then credited me $500 and charged me another $50. I called him and he said he would refund me the $50 that it was an error. Red Flag! It toom him several days of me texting him to finally refund my $50. I got quoted less from other companies but went with them anyway. When limo arrived I was shocked at the condition of the limo. It was hit on both sides including the back of the limo. The driver could not open the door so he had to go to other side and open from the inside. He told us our luggage could not fit in his trunk so we had to put them inside with us. No problem. he asked for the remainder of the money before he let us inside the limo.. Red alert right there. I paid him in cash because Bob the owner told me they do not take credit card or check for the balance.. Another red alert! Once we got inside the limo it was worse. The seat was torn badly, the rear window was shattered and held together by the tint, the radio did not work well, the a/c did not work well, the ceiling was coming down on my husband's head, the led lighting didn't work. The ice for the drinks was melted due to the heat from the a/c not working! The windows would not go down and we were told only the driver can opperate them! We went to open the complimentary champagne and noticed the top was a little rusty which led us to believe the bottle was old. Once we opened it we realized it was! The drived dropped us off 2 1/2 blocks from our hotel telling us that the roads were blocked. We then realized while walking that there were no roads blocked. Another red flag! We walked in 90 degree weather with our luggage to our hotel! On our return trip he called me and said he would meet me at the same spot he dropped us off. Red flag again! Once we got there we asked him why he didn't pick us up at the hotel and he told us he did not have a permit to park in front of hotel.. RED FLAG!! We asked him if cheaplimo.com (BOB) owned the limo he was driving and he said he was the owner and driver of the limo. RED FLAG!! We paid for a limo which is supposed to be a luxuary and got a nightmare ride. I emailed the owner Bob the day of the ride and told him about the limo and didn't hear back from him. I then emailed him again and told him how dissapointed I was in the lack of communication from him and told him I wanted some kind of refund for the limo since we did not get what we paid for. I also told him I would take it to small claims court. He replied after hearing I would take him to court and said he would refund me the initial $50 deposit. He said the limo was taken for repair and painted. This made me more furious just knowing that he was aware of the condition of the limo and still sent the limo to me! He also told me I wa a liar and the limo wasn't that bad even though I have pictures of the condition of the limo. I don't believe this limo was fixed, I also don't believe that Bob is the owner of the limo but Eric our driver is. I feel that Bob contracted Eric to use his limo for us. I want people to know that he a a scammer and a liar and will rip you off if he can.
