I worked for this company several months at one of their locations in FL. Although shortly after being employed for the company I knew this was not a good "fit" for me, I still remained humble and completed all task and/or assigments. I am a very hard worker who met monthly quotas given by the company and kept to myself. Company staff (Damla Akbay, Barbara Haselbach) were extremely rude to me and at times Barbara showed her racist side (given I am african american). She did not want me with the company and demanded the I be fired immediately. Un bothered by being let go (due to my unhappiness there anyway) I packed and left work. I awaited my last paycheck and at that point the nightmare began.
I was owed a bonus ranging from 300$-500$ on my last check, however was not paid. I contacted administration by phone/text/email. I then recieved an email from Damla Akbay stating that I will not be recieving it because it is company policy if I am not employed any longer. I worked VERY hard and often times helped other coworkers meet our quotas to EARN this bonus. MANY times there have been teachers and subs who worked for this company who were not being paid or paid EXTREMELY late.... but never would I have thought I'd become the next victim. My advice to any and everyone who comes across this company, PLEASE AVOID! Not an honest employer and does not care about the employees one bit!
