We agreed to buy it if it would be done by feb.28,2015 She said yes it would . Two days before it was time to get it she called and said everything was done but the heat strip in the ac. She said it was easy to put in if we wanted to get it on the due date they would mail the heat strip to us. We asked 3 times are you sure you dont need another week so you do not have to rush since we live 200 miles from Fitzgerald. She assured me everything wad done and working good but the heat strip. We made a appointment to pick it up that Sat. at 12:00 am.
We met her at the Fitzergald address 608 n.Sherman st. Fitzgerald ga. We had to follow her to Ocilla Ga. about 10 miles to their factory we did not get a address she never did give it to us. When we got there they lied to us for 2 hours saying they were moving trailers around so they could get it out.We went in the factory to see what was taking so long they were still working on it. They had some one under it .someone working on the air, and the ele. box. Now that we got it home we have many issues with it. Ms. Heath kept saying she would get with the factory production manager and work out what to do. Then Mr. Chriss Singeltary answerd her phone and gave me his Phone # 229-425-9888 said she was in a meeting and I need to be talking to him because she, was only a sales person. Now after repeated trys to get some one to come look at our trailers.All we got from him is we have to bring it back and leave it with them but we can not stay with it. Our trailer is unsafe to pull and he wants us to bring it to him. We do not trust him, Check with the BBB for kingdome trailers all he has done is change his name.
