I am a landlord that has been a victim of extortion/black mail.
Christina Pennington got my information off the internet wrote horrible reviews about me and my business online, on this sight. There is no fact checking on this site , and you can report anomymously.
I starting getting calls stating that my online reputation need to be "repaired". In exchange for a fee, a sizeable fee Christina Pennington would remove the total fabrication and restore my "reputation". She has tried to extort money from my company, up to $5,500 for about two years. I refuse to be black mailed.
The reason I know who the person is behind the anomyous fraudulent postings ....
When I consistantly refused to pay her to "repair" my online reputation she took me to court and all her information was part of the civil complaint and matched the lies posted online.
This week it took Judge Rebar about five minutes to size up the situation as a scam perpetrated by Christina Pennington and dismiss the case against me. Christine was left paying the court costs.

As far as trying to hurt my business, well my clients are smart people. It takes less than 5 minutes online to determine the reputation of the website and that the claims are fraudulent. People have been very suportive and understanding.
This will be my only posting because I have a life.
Sadly these days, online, anyone can become the victim of a malicious crackpot.
