ripoff hackers

I won't even rate them with a star they are that bad. I have been charged $49.95 for the last three months without realising it. Yeah stupid maybe but working night shift and having two babies in the house doesn't help. I have never heard of cinaplay and have never signed up to any trails for streaming movies or such like. I am appalled that I am out of pocket by these thieving scum.

"Free trial" ended in $250 of fees!

I CANNOT believe this company!!!! SSCCCAAAAMMMMM! I signed up for a 5 day "free trial." Of course you check off the little box that says you agree to their conditions. Appariently in their conditions one of them is after this lovely little "free trial" they charge you $50 a month until you cancel it. 5 months later I realize it. This is the biggest rip-off I have ever experienced in my LIFE!!!

Thieves..should be forced off internet

I have the same problem. I was signing up, the come-on was that it was free, no charges would be applied. Next thing in very small priint says after 3 days trial is over and charges wouild apply until account was cancelled. I found a phone number and immediately cancelled the account. I was told that the account was cancelled. since the I have been charges $65, and change, refunded and charged agasin another $64. and change. How do these charges get stopped for good. I sent an email and was told after 72 hours I would be contacted, that was at least 6 days ago now. LIARS!!!! SCAMMERS!!!!!

Scammers

Not worth a star. Who ever this company is they provide nothing and take $49.95 monthly. I don't know how the credit card number was obtained but it is simple theft.

I have never heard of Cinaplay until I was balancing my Quicken program to my online checking account and this $49.95 charge right before payday made my account go into the red and give me a $30 over draft fee.

I looked up the company and saw it was a TV show and movie rental program. I never even looked at this web page before let alone ordered from it. I have Netflix and also just tried a trial of Amazon Prime for 30 days so the last thing I would need is another service.

As I looked it up the next several things that came up on Google is the many reports about the service on this site as well as several sites about how to get rid of a virus or malware that creates pop-ups. That had me even more concerned.

When I looked at the date of the charge it was the same day I started the Amazon Prime membership. I did not start 2 movie program free trials that day and give out my credit card. I have to think they hacked it.

My bank is going to refund the $49.95 and the $30 fee and Cinaplay has said the membership is cancelled so there should not be any more fees from here forward. But this is a very dangerous company and according to all the complaints on this site alone, I am far from the only one hit by them.

Cinaplay bogus charge of $49.95

Thank you so much for your post. Today I just checked my credit card online and found a charge of $49.95 from Cinaplay, which I had never heard of. I found your post when checking to see what the company was and immediately filed a complaint and dispute of charge with my credit card company. But I, too, am quite perplexed at how my account could have been hacked, as I have NO Netflix or Amazon film download memberships and have never visited a site to get one.

I have one other observation: recently I started to download "Torntv." to fix a problem, but stopped the dowload. However, I have had a number of popups since then and notices of "Powered by Torntv". I thought i had un-installed it in my computer settings, but the pop-ups continue. Have you had any similar experience? Thank you again for the posting.

I have never heard of this outfit. i know nothing about them. appearently they claim to be some sort of source of movies on line.

my bank balance shows a charge of $49.95 from them and an additional $1.50 service fee, for "checkcard 0529" which i have also never heard of and is nothing of mine.

even if i were to have unknowingly watched a movie of theirs, (on youtube?) which i seriously dubt, $49.95 ???? really?

who are they and what are they charging me for?

i know fifty bux may not be the end of the world, but for that, don't they atleast owe me some explanation as to who they are and what they are charging it for?

more questions: do they even exist? and if so, what are they really? some guy in jail with a phishing scheme?
