Cindy Allison rents older homes in Parker County, Texas. She in known for refusing to fix maintenance issues. We lived with stopped up plumbing for five months and then moved out when she refused to fix it or reimburse us if we had it fixed. I had to file a Remedy of Relief against her to force her to fix the plumbing. We decided to move rather than continue to live in one of her houses.
I must warn anyone that rents from her, she uses intimidation and threats to keep people from reporting her to the authorities. She states she has the "County" in her pocket. I assure you she does not. The local Justice Court knows she is a slum lord and welcomes cases against her.
Do not rent from this lady. She will take your money and NOT fix anything in the house to make it habitable. Stay away for Cindy Allison's properties.
