Our company which is a small company bought 200pcs espresso machines to be sold on amazon in UK. After selling all machines in a couple of months time amazon customers start to complain regarding that the machinese start leaking and stopped functioning. Currently we had to refund over 30% of the machines sold. 62pcsx£89= £5,518 We sent a complaint to the factory and requested a refund. They wanted our sales report so they could contact the customers that we issued refund to. We gave this to the factory as requested. Now they keep delaying and want us to send video of the problems which is impossible since the factory don't want to pay the return shippment of the machine from the customers.
