This system has been investigated for years for failing children, but little to nothing has changed. They admit that they take the wrong children away and fail the children that do need help because they are overloaded with cases of children who could stay in the home if there were actually sufficient resources available to prevent removal or to help families, but the incentives come with putting children into foster care and up for adoption. Then they have judges who rip people off for millions of dollars while having relations with lawyers. This system is pointless, more harmful to children than helpful because nothing will change. More children will die and continue to be abused because they will continue to take the wrong children away. And who answers to the children and families that were torn apart needlessly? No one. Who answers to the children that remain in foster care until they age out when the very real possibility exists that they are still very much wanted and loved by their parents or original caregivers? No one. Who answers to the child that is still missing from foster care? Who answers to the parents of children that are abused in foster care when no actual abuse existed in the home? Who answers to the generations of broken children?

FOSTER/CARE. I PLEADED WITH THE OFFICERS NOT TO TKE US, AND IF I CAN MAKE A COURT DATE THE SAME DAY. WE ALL WERE IN CUSTODY. I HAD MY BROTHER AND MY SISTER INLAW TO TRY AND PICK MY 2 SONS UP WHILE I WAS IN JAIL, BUT THEIR WAS A GLITCH IN THE SYSTEM AND FOR A WHOLE WEEK MY 2 SONS WHERE MOLESTED, BEATEN NECKOD, WITHOUT CLOTHES, FORCED TO EAT VOMIT, AND ABUSED WITH A STICK IN THE MOUTH & THROGHT, I WAS NOT ALLOWED TO PICK THEM UP AFTER I GOT OUT A WEEK LATER UNTILL 2 DAYS AFTER MY RELEASE.
THE CPS NURSE TRIED TO INTEMEDATE ME, SAYING IF I DONT HAVE A CAR SEAT, THEY WILL NOT GO HOME, AND NOT TO FILE A REPORT ON MY SONS BUSTED MOUTH. ITS BEEN OVER A YEAR, AND BOTH MY SONS STILL HAVE FLASH BACK TRAMAS WHICH CAUSED MY SON TO HAVE SZUIRES AND ASHMA ALONG WITH PANNIC ATTACKS & SEX ACT/OUTS
