I ordered a laser lipo machine over a year ago (2/2013) that was never received and the company has not processed my refund. PO#485/150213/70 and invoice# LRCCMEX001. I received the run around and excuses almost immediately after the funds were transfered as full payment was required in advance (usd $4213.55). I have many emails from the sales representative regarding the status of the order. There seemed to be a constant shipping delay and when I asked for proof/confirmation of shipment they claimed to use a "private" shipper who could not provide tracking information.

I received a Fed-Ex (the mysterious private shipper) small box with a commercial invoice completed and signed by the shipper that stated it came from the residence of the director Steve Shawsh and listed his address phone number and the item shipped as a computer controller valued at $50, obviously not the product I ordered. After speaking with the sales representative I had been working with and emailing the company about the error I received multiple emails that were apologetic and advised that the machine I ordered was returned to clinical lasers damaged in transit and that they would send a new one out immediaitely and to keep the $50 controller as a bonus...wow, some bonus!

The machine was never recieved and it appears per the FDA Clinical Lasers has received clearance to sell certain machines in the US. Clinical Lasers is being investigated by the US Food and Drug Administration for marketing machines not approved for their advertised use. The warning letter was issued by the FDA on 11/14/13 to the CEO Stephen Soos and can be viewed on their website at fda.gov. I am still waiting for Clinical Lasers to process my refund.
