JOEL ALFEARO LIED TO US ABOUT WHEN WE COULD US THE VACATION PACKAGE TO GET U8 TO BUY AND THEN AFTER WEEKS OF TRYING TO GET IT CANCELLED AND BEING TOLD BUY THE HEAD OF DISCOVER SALES IN LAS VEGUS IT WOULD BE DONE NOW MR ALFEARO WHO IS SUPPOSSED TO BE TAKING CARE OF THE PROBLEM NOW REFUSES TO RETUN A CALL
On Mar 27 2015 we went to a presentation by club wydum of ther vacation resorts after looking at the program and seeing the price we said no then came the second sale pitch again we said no then the third again we said no when leaving they came up with this discovery program which they told us we could us as soon as we got our cards which would be in about 3 weeks there was a clause in it that said you had to pay 1400 of the money before usiong when asked then salesman said that only had to be paid before you could by a full membership but you could use the vacation now as the only reason we bought was to take our grandkids to disney this summer and we told him then we would not be able to pay the 1400 by the summer as we where just gettig married and in the process of remodled our house and he said no worry just sign and have your vacation which has all turned out to be a lie and we have been trying to get it cancelled every since we found this out and all we get is excuses club wydum is nothing more than a bunch of crooks and lyers.
