Our story with Marcel Folaron / Owner of Colibris LLC design & communications began on last August 2013 with a request for developing a custom web site about 25 pages just to start up our new brand and get an online presence and till this moment we got nothing as per to our agreement as well as what has been communicated and agreed either through emails or phone calls .
We were very clear from beginning that we need a custom site with a unique logo design for our business and he showed enough interest and confirmed the total charge and accepted the entire project but unfortunately Mr. Folaron was planning for something else and just started to reveal his bad intentions after depositing 50 % of the total invoice in advance toward cheating us by developing an incomplete cheap template based site .The developer was dishonest and not straight in deal and till this moment even did not deliver a cheap template web site .
After 5 months of fake promises , we sent him a formal request to cancel the project and initiate a full refund but unfortunately he refused .
Till this moment and He is not responding leaving us with a stolen used logo by many web sites claiming its a new design as well as couple of cheap HTML pages .
We have disclosed captures of emails , contract , invoice to prove that this developer is really a big problem and not straight and should never get hired by anyone looking to startup a new business & get a professional online presence .
