I filed bankruptcy in July 2014 using a bankruptcy lawyer firm. Kaiser was notified as one of my creditors. This collection agency calls multiple times a day trying to collect on a debt that was discharged by bankruptcy. I even faxed the bankruptcy papers to them.
Collection Consultants are very aggresive people, I never recieved a paper from them stating i was in collections with some medical bills i had. Second of all the put all the bills together and wont work with me to take care of them,Third each bill has to appear in my credit by bill of service which they decided just to put one the most recent one of 2011.The other bills are from 2008 and had gone to bancrapcy and now their still billing me for them which is incredible. This company is horrible the people who work their are rude and wont work to get this matter resolved.
