Columbus Neighborhood Health Reviews

  • Oct 10, 2014

When Jennifer Bruce, MA first started at CNHC she was off for 1 week within her first 90 days for surgery and was not terminated. Last Nov. 2013 she called off 8 times 11/13/13-11/13/13, in which put her over 24 points in which she should have been terminated. She continued to be late and call off in Jan. 2014 total of 9 times, 1/6/14-1/8/14, 1/13/14, 1/21/14, 1/22/14 (called off), 1/23/14, 1/29/14 (called off), 1/30/14. Again she did not receive any points. Our manager Pam Mayle, MA would announce everytime this employee would be late and I would mark it down. She was off for 2 weeks in March 2014 for hospitalization, in which she did not recieve an points for. She was off again for 2 weeks in May 2014, in which Pam Mayle, MA/manager filled out her FMLA paper work and she had a doctor at CNHC sign her paper work. She was late 8/27/14, 8/28/14, 9/3/14, 9/4/14, 9/15/14, and 9/18/14, in which she was again at 24 points and was not terminated. She also has stolen 7 employees money from Aug. 2013 to current. Pam Mayle, MA/manager was notified from Kroger pharmacy that they received 2 fraud controlled prescription for Percocet that was from East Central Health Center. This information was not followed on up and the person was not reprimanded. Pam Mayle, MA/ manager stated that if an employee was seen by a provider for being sick then they would not receive any points. There are multiple employees at East Central that was seen by a provider and still received points. But when this employee was seen by a provider she did not receive any points. Jennifer Bruce, MA has also stolen 2 employees Vicoden prescriptions from East Central. There is currently a bank investigation from an employee that got their bank card stolen and cash was spent on it. This information all can be confirmed through CNHC at East Central video recording as well as the employee's as well. I would get statements from the employees first. This organization needs your help to finally get justice for all of the employees. Thank you!
