I have been ripped off by this co. Complyments.com. I was charged around $95 twice and I called after they charged me the first time to cancel. I never signed up to receive more product and pay for it. All I have is their name which u can't send an email and customer name I also can't get in to. One is for Hca Max Garciniacambogia Cambogia and support name is [email protected]. The other one is green coffee beans at [email protected]. Can u help me get my money back? My husband is furious about this.

I requested that my "membership" be canceled and he assured me that it would but he wanted to offer other products at a discounted rate....no thank you! I asked about refunding the non-authorized charges to my account and was informed that any charges prior to the cancelation date (today 6/24/14) would not be eligible for refund...well, we will see about that! I plan to contact my bank in the morning to take action against the unauthorized charges. I offered "Mason" feedback on this company and expressed my concern about the misleading offer and that these numbers should be posted on the website and packing slips. I have a feeling the feedback will not be passed on.

For two rounds ( 4 bottles) of pills, nearly 360.00 in charges. The label on these bottles of “ diet pills” is so cheaply made and so hard to read it is practically illegible.
3. I received a package of 2 bottles of pills after agreeing on the phone to pay 4.95 in postage and handling. One was Garcinia Cambogia, and the other was Green Coffee Cleanse. No other phone calls or agreements were ever made. No price for these pills were given. No invoice or receipt came with the pills, just a packing slip. They billed and charged my card at 89.95 or 88.95 per bottle. These pills are ridiculously over priced, and I found them ineffective anyway.
This company advertises a trial offer of MaxHCA but does not indicate that you will be charged a monthly fee of $90 and will continue to receive the product. This is very misleading as there is no indication that you are joining a "membership". I have emailed them asking to cancel my "membership" and stated I was sending the product back to them and expected a refund for the $90. Today, I received another shipment of the product and was charged $90 again. I am extremely upset with this company and their deception. This is a ripoff company and I plan to take action to get my now $180 back and stop them from taking advantage of others.

I was ripped off by this company as well. First I phoned my credit card company and got them to put the charges (two) one for hca pills and one for coffee cleanse into their disputes department. While I was on the phone with the credit company, another charge was authorized on the account for the hca pills. Neither I nor the customer care consultant could do anything to stop it. He then added the new charge to the disputes list which he said the credit card company has about 50% success rate at getting your money back. I also cancelled the card the pills were ordered from and they will issue me a new card so no further shipments/payments can go through. Additionally I phoned this number 1-866-270-3811 and listened to their prerecorded message. There is an option to press a number if you are calling about hca pills and then a further number to press to cancel your subscription. I then called back to the same number again and repeat the process instead pressing the number for the coffee cleanse and cancelled it as well. they give you a confirmation number which you need for further disputes so make sure you write it down. Hope this helps. I will be hopeful that my credit card company fights for me to get my money refunded-but I guess I'll have to wait and see.
