As you all know, COPE, HOPE, CODAK and the hospitals and mental health facilities evolved to most effectively frame and maintain ruining the lives of those stigmatized socially with all too popular mental problems here in the United States. Regardless of education, available mental health facilities are here to provide exemplary bad service for veterans victimized in foreign wars, those who protest the state, educational institutions and government, those who have controlling relatives and neighbors who need a black sheep or a Judas Goat, those who would surely like to live a lifespan of about 25 years less than the average citizen and, very, very occasionally, those who legitimately actually have real instead of created mental problems.
They COPE employees, particularly those who are older, love to pretend and even be hard-hitting about serving client needs, such as breeching patient's rights to privacy without even asking (Mel Thornton at the COPE Mesquite clinic on Castro near Grant in Tucson, Arizona) and implying it's OK to smoke cigarrettes and marijuana, extra testing and categorization with wholistically ensuring good and practical service. Don't be concerned if you are a potential or current employee - you WILL NOT really have to live up to being a good example....
"I was perscribed a nutrtional suppliment because I am greatly underweight, and I am not in a very good state having to live for six months in a roach and blook sucking tick infested apartment found for me by COPE," relates on client. "Unknown to the medical perscriptions and care at the COPE facility, their provider really does not fill all perscription and neither will a regular pharmacy, if the perscription is only covered by ACHSSS health insurance - typical of what social security patients recieve. So in the same building, you cannot actually go from the nurse who confirms a perscription and actually get the perscription filled - simply between the services in the same building, even for critical care, they simply are not compassionate, kind, providing good enough services to literally know what they are talking about in a reasonably intelligent way."
Really making the problem worse before it gets better; honestly being inaccurately, unhumbly, dysfunctionally, irresponsibly and very construably dishonestly part of the problem instead of the solution....
"Humans take alot of goodness for granted, and even get further stigmatized for this reasonably assumption in getting food and nutritional suppliments. The employees are really not allowed to take full and reasonable responsibility, and they were this week some four hours late at getting one client a free food box!"
If you want a challenging education, COPE, Camp Wellness and Tucson's notorious mental health care facilities are the place for you. They are not just notorious for bad service. They are also famous for being such an insult to intelligence that you will have to work much harder to get passable service than you do to earn your college or university diploma, wrote one grad with three, who was originally "diagnosed" after putting an add in the university newspaper that the staff found acceptable and printed, yet the campus administration did not appreciate, nor deal with ethically and straight forwardly.
One session for purely adults featured a grown man who also lectures jail inmates playing with a teddy bear for 50 minutes in front of about 25 adults, many of whom have completed college and university degrees, have spouses and families and need better jobs and meaningful volunteer work opportunities - and to avoid being further stigmatized by family, "friends" and co-workers - and COPE community services.
This staff is so phony and ingenuine that I think they are literally trained to pretend to listen and ignore any and all complaints - they simply appreciate performing sub-intelligently and as if they are always at crisis, plus making the most dubious excuses you can possibly image. One is not getting back to students and clients in a timely fashion, another is not returning calls professionally, and one employee, after teeching a class in the small COPE building neither knew not was right about something as simple as whether a specific class is offered.
It took months to even get transfered to less service, months and months to actually complain about over-worked employees, state that a client would be transfered to a once monthy or twice monthly schedule AND then actually not transfer the client to a new employee but simply reduce the number of visits required each month. So they are having their dysfunctional employee and management cake and eating it to - they get to complain about working conditions AND fail to give good service, even if it results in a lower case load. Let's face it, employees are simply not rewarded for giving clients good service, and clients are so abused by impossible service, bad information, buck passing and irresponsible behavior that they just give up, some in protest, some in increased depression and anxiety and some in illegal behavior.
Bad mental health services, cheerleading and promotions that are simply untrue and dillusional in themselves are masked with a positive attitude that is simply false, phony, untrue, like the false joy made popular in churches and the media. Americans like flaunting spouses, status and ideals, attempting to win a PhD in promotions before they have secured their elementary school abilities, justifying with pride what is simply a good step closer to Hell straight up. The problem is mixing up personal display and what amounts to publicity and gossip before truly ensuring good services by enforcement, institutions and courts. America is quite simply bad drama, bad service, lots of control and pretention, bad, offensive and obtrusive nationalism without good functional intelligence, classism before compassion, love, wisdom and what is very, very obviously bad behavior.
And other nations seem to be able to effectively change faster....

"In Norway, thousands of people go naked on the beach, they are almost all bigger than Americans in more ways than one, and nobody gets arrested or institutionalized, victimed, abused or raped. Less than a tenth of the crime and mental problems!"
Some call it being jived....some call it inaccurate, sub-intelligent, declasse, rude, bigotted, proud and arrogant like mangy and ill-cared for dogs that have mostly ego left and violence and force....

"In Amsterdam, thousand each partake in what looks like legalized marijuana and prostitution and I never, in sixths months, saw as many people spit as I do for a single day in Tucson, nor a single fight for ANY reason, nor a single person jailed or institutionalized. There are still poor people, and the places to go for free meals and human stays inside in air-conditioned libraries and reading and resting centers are clean and free no matter how you cut your hair or where you are from - and there are no rules or regulations that I heard once, not a single word even if you are a foreigner - just more mature, adult and better people in a sainer society. And the police are so polite - they will literally take out a map and direct you as to where you can purchase any cannabis products. Not a single fight or ANY illegal action witnessed in six months, not a word or any indication of racism and prejudice in the heart of legalizaed prostitution and drugs, AND no teens enthralled with being bad and getting criminalized into being mental patients."
