Have been trying to work with this company for at least 6 months. They are supposed to bill me for commercial office copier service and repair leads in my zipcone area (and a few close by zipcode areas, 40 mi radius). The problem is people looking up services on line dile the number and ask for toner, paper, home inkjet repairs or just general advice as to what copier or business machine to use.....every single call I get billed $45.00 for. When I call and complain to copier repair man .com about the calls their service is allowing, the first thing out of their mouth is, oh well that call meets our billing standards! Just received a call from anoither state....I called and complained at the women in customer "support" said well we cant control where people call from so that call is billable...!!!! So I said bill me what you owe me less that call from out of state and drop me from your service...to which she replied...sorry, that call met our billing standards.....!!! RIP OFF WARNING...DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE...!!!
