The company Cornerstone staffing 3628 south nogales street west covina is racist the date of 12/05/14 did not want to give me the job at first but what the employee did was give it to a mexican then after the employee knew had I had experince in the area of Customer Service they provided it to me another thing at Cornerstone Staffing they are hiring their on race which is mexican if a black american applies there they deny them because of their skin color. I will explain in more further details now so on the date 12/05/14 friday the company Cornerstone Staffing gave me a job which at first they gave the job to the mexican guy. cornerstone staffing offer me a job to work at a warehouse company which I was a customer service rep it started on 12/-8/14 and ended on 12/11/14 and the whole time I was there all the employees was insulting me with racist jesters laughing and insulting me .
i was the only black american gentlemen working there it was all mexican and white. i will continue with my story about cornerstone it's even more deeper than this so while i'm at work at william sonomia my alarm goes off on my old phone which does not even work it went off twice and the lady that was training me for the customer service inbound job said there are no phones aloud also cornerstone stafing mentioned to me as well but it was my alarm not my cell phone and the weird part is the same lady that was training me was calling on the phone and her cell phone ring but they fired me which i know it was not about the alarm going off.to make even matters worst the lady that train me told shelia from corner stone staffing that she saw me talking on the phone which was a lie if the camera in william sonomia will see that i'm telling the truth she's the one should of been fired not me and the only reason why willaiam sonomia cornerstone staffing got rid of me because all the employees at cornerstone staffing agency patty, shelia are all racist.
each and every time i call and ask for work patty forgaty she tells me that i dont have any experience in wharehouse work which i do i have plenty experience and today 1-13-14 tuesday patty forgaty said i have no experience in wharehouse which i do it's states on my resume that i have plenty of experience in wharehouse and also today she said she can't find my resume and wanted me to re send it again to her the funny part is patty forgaty knows that she had my resume because patty forgaty mentioned to me i had know experience this is racism and it's time that we black american start speaking up about this cornerstone staffing agency had me to go to emrgency i end up with pneumonia from all the stress and worried and anxiety of not having work any longer.
when i spoke with my good friend i told him what happen about willaim sonomia cornerstone staffing agency firing me he told me that willaim sonomia and cornerstone staffing agency is racist and willaim sonomia and cornerstone staffing and the lady that train me at william sonomia stafing should be fired as well for speaking on the phone and her phone ringing which the company at william sonomia dont aloud this is not fair to me that's why i'm expressing my sadness and hurt and descrimination and racism and ridicule here both of these companies willaim sonomia, cornerstone staffing should be out of business
