I spoke with a reservationist by the name of James. James was very polite and respectful until I told him that I wanted to wait to make a reservation once I spoke with the other parties in my group so we could all pay at once. I am not sure if James thought he had hung up the phone or if he even cared. But upon hanging up the phone, James thanked me wasting his time and called me a stupid ghetto *****. So, I called the number back and asked for a supervisor but was rudely hung up on. So, I called back to ask whom I was speaking with and once again hung up on.
Unprofessional!!! Offensive, Vulgar, & Rude!!! .... I called because I received a faxed about a hotel special. Like everyone that wants to go on vacation we want the deals!!!
